we are having a good experience living here , the office management are very helpful when we need something, also the neighborhood is peaceful and calm
v pleasant
Worst experience ever! To those of you who think they’re great, it because they haven’t stabbed you in the back yet. Once you try to move out, you no longer mean anything to them and they will squeeze you of every dollar you have. And then some more.
I wrote in detail our experience below, and it does not even include the elevator being unusable for more than 4 months of our 1 year lease or the mold growing everywhere because the AC units were installed incorrectly.
They seem friendly and nice, and maybe some of them are, but they have no honor. When trying to move out we were told by multiple staff that we only need one month notice. Which was great because we were unsure if we were leaving or not at the two month mark. Had we know the two month mark was a hard deadline, we would have made sure we had made a decision by then.
After finding a more affordable option, we decided to switch apartments and put a deposit on our new place. We gave our notice to vacate more than a month prior and prepared to leave.
Then a week before we were leaving, we wanted to make sure we left everything in order and proper, so we went down to management and asked about the checkout process. The lady there told me we were good to go and gave us the rundown.
Then we got called back by the Manager, Jason. And he said that we were required to pay one more month’s rent. Because we didn’t give the vacate two month prior. I explained the situation and what they other staff said, and he said they were lying and that we needed to pay it. After trying to fight it (because we didn’t have an extra $2,000 to fork over) we eventually conceded, paid the unjust charge and left the apartment empty for a month. Because we all just wanted to be done with it.
And despite all the pain they caused us, we wanted to leave the apartment in good order. So we cleaned everything down to the bones and made it look real nice. And a month later they try to charge us $500!! Because the baseboard were not shiny enough and we didn’t clean the inside of the oven enough.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!
This place can't even afford to get a correct water system. My tub water pink as well as my clothes. Ask for pics. I'm putting g these people on blast. Can't even be refunded nor wanna pay for clothes messed up
I just moved and for now I consider it to be a quiet place to live! I like it 🫶🏽 …
Staff are very friendly and answering my questions very knowledgeable.
Best of all times property from all aspects! Amenities after renewing it all beyond 7 stars ! MANAGEMENT WOW
I would not suggest living here. There were numerous problems in my short time living there (1 year and 4 months). I lived there when they switched over to Audenn and so many promises were made. They spent a lot of money fixing the club house but the conditions of the building on site are terrible. This includes stains on the carpets and trash always overflowing and jammed. The apartment we moved into was the fully renovated one which soon became apparent it was a rushed turn over to charge us the most they could because it was "fully renovated." It was clear they rushed to finish this apartment as the trim wasn't fully secured in the bathrooms, there were weird yellow drips on the walls, smoke detectors were still covered up, the toilets constantly had mold in them (even after cleaning regularly), the fan in the bathroom didn't work, a silverfish infestation that was constant, plus a myriad of other issues. When putting in maintenance requests they responded in a decent amount of time but there were also times they closed the request without fixing the issue. We had many packages that were stolen, and while it was nice to have a third-party package delivery (fetch) it would have been nicer to be able to have packages delivered to my apartment. There were multiple property managers in my time there and let's just say none of them were good or cared about you as an individual. I had a tragic life event happen where I needed to move out prior to the end of my lease. I sent an email to the property manager explaining the situation and the response I received was sorry for your loss, here is our early termination process which included a $1600 fee. It was such a cold response at a time where my world had been turned upside down. This place is not worth your money, I would give it zero stars if I could.
Edited to add:
Cassandra B. was amazing at helping me through my personal experiences and wonderful to work with. The property manager was not.
